On the main road from Konya to Kayseri you will find the “Han” of Sultanhassan. It has been restored into it’s original state recently and is the best preserved karavanseray in Anatolia.
As karavanserays were built every 25 to 30 miles (as far as a camel could walk in a day) along the old trading routes, many of them can, more or less ruined, still be seen in the Anatolian landscape
