Milena (sannyas name Utkantha) got an email that an old friend of her, Disha, had passed away. She was very young, and died suddenly.

We've been reading together all the messsages from around the world, which Rupda is collecting on her website. Disha died in Byron Bay, Australia, had been all over the world, and these emails reflect that.

I never heard of this woman, all I know is from what Milena's been telling me today and from reading the messsages. And I have tears in my eyes, seeing the pictures, reading the memories beside. It is a beautiful tribute to what must have been an incredible loving person.

A dutch friend started a weblog recently, and she's posted a travelogue of a trip to Thailand (single mom with kids!) with photos and stories that make my mouth water... makes me want to rush to the airport. Beautiful, wow.
