He doe snot give a shit and people complain so he goes back and pretends to give a small shit and then people complain even more that he only did that to become more popular so goes back down AGAIN to pretend AGAIN to give shit and then he believes it's gonna make anything better?

Well at least they are not finding as many dead people as they feared they would.
