Oh and hmmm....

... I recived the dreaded letter from the EPO this week telling me that I have been rejected for the job. No reason, no explanation, nothing. Just a simple 'no'. Great! Angel says it's because there's something going on. Budget stop or simply the fact that they already have to many Germans and they have to make certain percentages of employee nationalities.

I'm really miffed. Not that I didn't get the job, because I told myself over and over again not to hope, but about the fact that they reject you without the slightest explanation. Where did the politeness go? They kept bringing up the fact that I was still so young during the interview. It certainly could not have been my language skills because they exeed other young people's by quite some degree. Also not my work experience since they invited me for an interview based on an old CV which didn't even have my 2 last jobs on it and they have been impressed with the responsibility I have within myt current job. The only thing I can remember that was kinda negative was that they kept poking at the fact that I studied multimedia engineering and am applying for a administrative job... and that I was still too young to really know what I want in life... blablafuckadabla!

I just wish they'd be so nice and help me do better in my next interview and tell me why I didn't fit their criteria. But no, that would be too much of an effort...

Meanwhile I'm becoming more comfy in my regular job. I hate that the department will stop existing in a couple of months. I like most of the people and I'm getting the hang of phoning customers and not have a heart attack everytime I have to say something. But all the cool people there already found a new job and it's only a matter of time until they leave for good. So in the end it will be nobody but us temps holding up the fortress. Weird since there's quite comlicated and responsible tasks and eventhough it's all coming to an end it's still crucial to the company's customer rating... oh well... it can only be positive for my CV. I am already doing 2 extra tasks additionally to what I have been hired for. It won't be long until I have taken over everything... MUHAHAHAHAHAHA... ehem
