The exclusive villa is located close to Ubud on Bali, offering a unique combination of fine tropical architecture and western comfort. The complex is a perfect residence for families or individuals looking for comfort, privacy and personal working space. Each bedroom and bathroom have their individual character, realised in first class materials.

There are five guestrooms located around the central areas like a stunning swimming pool with infinity-border and an open Balinese style dining room.

The villa is surrounded by ricefields and forest, where a variety of animals is singing their song and still not far from the daily Balinese life, like the local market in Pejeng and the center of Ubud. The tasteful choice of furniture, materials, paintings and decorations are giving the villa an extra dimension.

There is a seperated staff-house, parking area, own acces road, a double garage with extra storage, an office building (split-level), a variety of terraces and outdoor shower places.

In the villa the furniture is a mix of western and Indonesian design, there are many surprising corners and terraces to sit and relax, but also places to work. There is no airconditioning in the bedrooms (fans yes) because of the rather cool climate near Ubud, at night the temperature is between 18 and 24 degrees Celcius.

Our staff takes care of you and is used to foreigners.
