Finally got the ISBN sorting in place (with option "-d" for the experts here). Books are sorted in the order no ISBN, with unknown ISBN, and with known ISBN. Some of the known ISBN's contain a "-" and some not. Where to place the missing "-" has to be figured out yet.

At least the books published in a certain country (and with known ISBN) are grouped together, e.g. books from France a start with "2", from Germany with "3", from Norway with "82", from Denmark with "87" and from The Netherlands with "90". The ones starting with "0" and "1" are from the English speaking part of the world, mainly USA and UK.

Next idea: a sorted page with books by country and/or language ...
