Slash Commands

Introduction

Slash commands are special commands use to configure addons. The ones you can configure HealGrid with all start with /healgrid, followed by the option you want to change. See below for details.

Option: help

/healgrid help

Displayes a very brief usage information with the available options.

Option: hovercast

/healgrid hovercast
/healgrid hc

Enables hovercast for HealGrid boxes, and HealGrid boxes only. Hovercast is, that you no longer have to click the unit before you cast a spell on it, but just can move the mouse over the box and cast the spell. HealGrid will then target the unit for you. See below for possible implications with hovercast.

Option: nohovercast

/healgrid nohovercast
/healgrid nohc

Disables hovercast for HealGrid boxes.

Option: friendlyspell

/healgrid friendlyspell [nameOfSpell]

Sets the spell which will be used for range checking on the friendly target. Note that HealGrid will also lookup your friendly target in your group, warband or scenario group and highlights these boxes too. You can give the name of the spell, the id of the spell (if you know it) or just the first few letters and HealGrid will look up the spell for you.
