Biography

Rebecka Månstråle Liljeberg was born May 13, 1981 in Turinge, Sweden. She grew up in Nynåshamn, a suburb to Stockholm. Remarkable is that Rebecka moved a lot during her life and lived in places like Älvsjö, Bagarmossen, Nynäshamn, Mariefred and a few other (unknown) places. Nowadays she lives in Stockholm, where she is attending Comvux. She went to High School, but quit after one year to play in Fucking Åmål.

She has a mother, step mother, father, step father, three brothers and sisters.

Rebecka likes all sorts of music, among others Edie Brickell, Leah Andreone, Pixies, Le Tigre, Bikini Kill, Belle and Sebastian, Weezer, Apples in stereo, The Beta Band, Doktor Kosmos, Built to Spill, Elliot Smith, Luscious Jackson, Mercury Rev, Breeders, Violent Femmes, Talking Heads, Yo la tengo, Bear Quartet, Velvet Underground, Nico, Honey is cool, Monster...

Rebecka in working in the small computer firm 'Knorka' with some friends. After Comvux she'll work full-time with this, but she doesn't find either computers or movies important enough for her to work with that all life. She wants to become a child doctor, have children, a dog, a nice husband and live somewhere nice in twenty years. Last year she had five extra jobs, among others in a cafeteria. In the computer firm she makes websites and educational CD-ROMs. She thinks computers are interesting but not important enough to spend her life with. She knows programming (for instance C++) and Linux, but she'd like to learn PHP, MySQL and things like that too. She had more time for that earlier. She uses Netscape (really Rebecka?) and her favorite game is Zelda 64 on Nintendo 64.
