You can add your link for free, you only have to ask me in a friendly way. There are few restrictions as long as your page is original, informative, non-political and WW2 related. That doesn't mean that it has to be a history page, it may also be simulation, war games or strategy related. And if your page is not exactly WW2 but falls under the other categories I might still value your link.
