This is a Hammillian - Peking Duck
Quiz. Test your Peter Hammill knowledge in the deepest and broadest sense.
Find which one out of four in the row does not belong there and
explain WHY! 1 point for the correct answer and 1 point for the correct
reason. Submit your solution before May 31 and win a unique
Hammill (or Cave/Brel if u prefer) CD.
(ps: It seems that the first 9
Questions are more difficult than the last. I can explain this: the first
were composed with in mind "music experts" rather than "Hammill experts".
The "music" experts will have a tough time getting the answer to e.g. 14
while this is a piece of cake for any PHan). Anyway, for a quick-start,
begin with Q10 rather than 1 if you are a PHan. If you want to be challenged:
So far no correct answer to Q8, Q9 and Q16. And NO: Q2 is NOT D because
it is not a Peter! Gosh! (that would be insulting your IQ).
ps2: A key to get the right answers:
three out of four have something special in common, which the Duck lacks.
So don't look so much for what is so special about the Duck, but look for
the link between the three Swans). Have Fun!
