The 2nd in Jan Herman's Nova Broadcast series of pamphlets (covering the cut-up/Happenings nexus), this one presents lecture and happening texts by Vostell, who was Fluxmaster George Maciunas's chief rival and enemy. Vostell's 'de-coll/age' principle was dogmatic and politically naieve, 'Miss Vietnam' a typically European reaction to a war that Europeans generally weren't involved in.
