I've been asked to give some more information about the Dutch "track and trace"

Online track and trace for worldwide shipping (outside and inside the European Union) is possible for packages with a weight above the 2 kilograms

Shipping up to 2 kg can be traced but not on line .... most of the time for expensive or combined items I will ship as being above the 2 kg

This trace is only possible when the foreign post-offices will add the tracking-code into the international track and trace system.

The link for international track and trace (English version) is: www.tntpostpakketservice.nl/en/

-------

Standard registered parcels with a tracking number can "only" be traced by a member of the post-office

They told me that they will start a track and trace when a parcel hasn't arrived after a shipping-time of 6 weeks

The time involved with this type of track and trace can be 6 to 12 weeks.

If a standard registered parcel is momentarely out of sight I normally will refund or send another similar item without xtra shipping costs

SPECIAL DELIVERIES LIKE DHL - TNT - UPS are far more expensive

The insurance rate is much higher than normal shipping and this type of track and trace always accurate and possible

For these type is expensive shipping you have to pay for the full amount.

It's up to you which system you want to use

You can always ask me any questions about this matter

AT THE MOMENT I SHIP PRIORITY REGISTERED (TRACE AND TRACK AND TRACE) AUTO INSURED FOR FREE
