MY 10 COMMANDMENTS REGARDING MY AUCTIONS

1:

I use a template generated by FrontPage and simply change the item narrative.

2:

I would be pleased to review anything you are not sure about.

An error may occur in one of my descriptions.

3:

I would keep future items narrative very short,

with little or no reference to what a given item does or probably will do

4:

An item can only be traced (track and trace) when shipped priority registered.

Standard and Priority airmail can not be traced.

A tracking can be started when an item hasn’t arrived after 4 to 5 weeks after shipping.

Priority Registered shipping inside the European Union can be traced during shipment.

Priority Registered shipping outside Europe can only be traced by the post-company after 4 to 5 weeks after shipping.

5:

I always take detailed pictures of my objects.

If you see something that “could” be wrong or misinterpreted

I would be pleased to review this matter.

6:

If your feedback is below 5 please contact me first before bidding

Due to some childish actions from only a few members

I had to add this line – although it’s against my feeling.

7:

Please always read my description before placing a bid.

That includes the shipping options - costs.

If due to some reason you are placed in my blocking list,

you are also not allowed to bid on any of my auctions using

a pseudo - ID with the same email address and/or shipping address

linked to the ID that was blocked.

9:

I almost never use a block on an Ebay member.

My goal is to resolve any problem as fast and pleasant as possible.

10:

I don’t reply to any aggressive email with bad words.

Violations will be emailed directly to the customer-support at once.
