SYMPTOMS
When you choose DoubleSpace Info from the Tools menu, you receive the
following error message:
There was a problem reading the information from this compressed
drive.
CAUSE
Windows 3.1 File Manager cannot correctly read the host drive for a
compressed floppy disk on some computers that have only a single
floppy disk drive.
STATUS
Microsoft is researching this problem and will post new information
here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
