SUMMARY
The following error message is displayed when an illegal scan code is
used in one of the TYPE statements of a mouse menu program:
Illegal function in module makemv12
Double-check the menu source file (.DEF file) to make sure all scan
codes are valid scan codes. A list of valid scan codes can be found in
Appendix G of the "Microsoft Mouse Programmer's Reference" published
by Microsoft Press.
Another possible cause for the above message is if the number of
characters for a name in the menus is too long (8 character max).
This information applies to the MAKEMENU.EXE program provided with
Microsoft Mouse Programmer's Reference published by Microsoft Press.
