High-rises can be both beautiful and ugly but they are always
fascinating to look at. But that's not all.
A climb to the top of any high-rise is rewarded with a wonderful view.
Standing on top of the tallest towers in the world one could actually see
as far as about 50 miles if weather-conditions are good.
Therefore many of the tallest towers on the face of the earth
have allowed video-cameras on their roof or top floor,
that provide us with a permanent real-time view of what's going
on below.
Sometimes these camera's are placed on street-level
and pointed at a significant high-rise or skyline.
