Just like in November, October, September, August, July, June, May and April it was time for T&T.
We didn't have to hurry this time, so we had plenty of time to dress up nicely before we had to leave.
These T&T evenings give me some room for experimenting, because (almost) any clothing is acceptable there.
So I picked a beautiful sexy top I bought more than a year ago. I had never worn it outside my house. It is black with silver glitter and it shows a lot of skin. I made the rest of my clothing, makeup and jewelry match with it, black and silver only, up to and including black nail polish. It would have been very suitable for a Gothic party, but on the T&T evening it attracted quite some attention. Someone said I looked like a 24 year old girl from the back. Yeah, it must have been a bit of a disappointment when I turned around.
For the first time in six months I had to undergo a laser treatment again. This should be the proof that Lipoxome actually works. Judging from the experiment I did a few weeks ago, I was expecting it would. So I was counting on a very painful treatment.
As a precaution the skin therapist had put her laser machine way down low at 33 Joules (in the past I could easily endure 37 Joules). But she was right! Even at this setting it hurt more than ever. Every time a group of hairs was hit, I was shaking in my chair. I got all sweaty and tears came into my eyes. Well, as we say in Dutch: "If you want to look beautiful, you'll have to endure some pain!" Let's just hope it will work...
Fortunately I recover from these treatments quite quickly, so I still had plenty of opportunity to enjoy the evening. I chatted with many people and I danced a lot. Fabulous!
