Qué se puede hacer con EuroBridge?

Play random boards. There you can decide whether you will play all hands yourself, or have EuroBridge do it. You can also chose which hands are open on the table.		These boards can be saved in several different files. That allows you to make specific collections, which can be replayed.
Join in on one of the recent famous tournaments (Cap Gemini, Bermuda Bowls etc.). You will be playing the south hand with, and against EuroBridge to achieve the best result for this board.		Your score will be inserted in the existing score-list, so you can immediately see your ranking. When playing your own collections there is only your actual score in this list.
Kibitzed (watch) where well known players bid and play the boards. You can always select which table you want to view.		You will be the fifth person at the table and no participation. But it allows you to see how famous players handle the boards
There is also a favoured list. There you can make a selection of the boards from several tournaments, which you can play over and over again.		When replaying or Kibitzed of tournaments you will find the ¥ button in the scorescreen. That allows you to add the board to the favoured list. There is also a window to remove boards from the favoured list.
EuroBridge contains an update module. That allows you to import alterations in the program without the necessity to install a complete new version		On the EuroBridge Internet site you will always find the most recent updates. Normally they will be minor enhancements or beautifiers that you can include in EuroBridge.
EuroBridge knows many languages. If you have a guest that does not speak the selected language, there are nine others to chose from.		There are already many tournaments in the EuroBridge stock. New ones are added constantly. Check the EuroBridge Internet site for news.
EuroBridge is conceived in Visual Basic and uses MS Access97 for data storage. This I because it happened to be the best compiler available to me. Usually I forget to install some high level stuff whilst having access to it		If you are not -anymore- using the MS Office 97 package must not despair. A version for MS Office 2000 is under construction and also a Stand Alone version that does not need the assistance of any other program.
There is also an EuroBridge Professional version. It does not affect the bidding and playing capacities. It contains several tools specially dedicated to organise tournaments and competitions.		Organise tournaments, select boards, calculate ranking, printing guide’s score-lists etc. A competition module to keep record of a whole competition. Members list Teams list and a storage that still can be consulted 25 years from now.
