Nora Hickson Kelly grew up in New Jersey and New York. She now lives in Vancouver, Canada. She is a member of the Writer's Union of Canada and of the Crime Writers of Canada. She is the creator of 'Gillian Adams', a college history department chair in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
