STAR SCENE '65
(British tour organized by Brian Epstein in October 1965)

Somewhere in 1965 Brian Epstein, the famous Beatles manager, decided that the Rock Scene was ready for a complete new style of concert tours. Thus Star Scene '65 was created. In this setup several music acts were featured for a short period of time (up to 30 minutes per act). In between a dance chorus would fill up the time between acts to keep the audiences engaged. Amongst those acts, as you can read below, were Cilla Black, Billy J.Kramer & the Dakotas and of course the top attraction of the show, The Everly Brothers.
