TRIOSONIC

Triosonic plays contemporary improvised music. The compositions are based upon modern classical composition techniques, such as Schoenberg's twelve-tone series, the Tone-clock of the Dutch composer Peter Schat, but also Webern's quiet poetic atmosphere. Triosonic integrates the western classical music tradition with the heritage of jazz. All compositions are written by the members of the group.

In the fall of 2002 Triosonic tours with pianoplayer Michiel Braam.

Michiel Braam don't need an introduction. In 1988 he wins the 'Podium Price' and in 1996-1997 the 'Boy Edgar Price'. He plays on the international jazzstages with his 'Bentje Braam', 'Bik Bent Braam' and the trio 'BraamDeJoodeVatcher'.
