This page shows the hacks that are on this server. These are not all of the hacks I made, go to the CutePHP Site for the others. The info on this page might be outdated, I probably won't update this page every time I put an hack in here.
XFields 2.1 beta 3 (HMS Compatible Hack)
This hack enables you to add custom information such as "mood" to your news articles.
SpamSafe v1.0 (HMS Compatible Hack)
Changes your email address to be shown useing JavaScript. This should make it harder for harvesters to get your email address.
Sort by XField v1.0 (HMS Compatible Hack)
As the name suggests, this hack will add the ability to sort your news by a given XField (reverse) alphabetically.
Show commenters avatars
Show avatars on the comment, useing the phpBB database. (more instructions should be in a post on the forums)
Search Engine Optimization v1.3 (HMS Compatible Hack)
This hack should make it a little easier for search engines to index your site, I'm not sure whether this works or not though.
Search In News Page v1.0 (HMS Compatible Hack)
Search through the news useing show_news.php. This should enable you to show search results with a given template, searching in specific templates and probably many more.
PHP In Templates v1.2 (HMS Compatible Hack)
With this hack you can use PHP code in all of your templates, be carefull with this one!
phpBB Integration
Synchronise the CuteNews users database with the phpBB users database, this should make every user who registers with phpBB also a CuteNews commenter. (Note: This will not add the already existsing phpBB accounts to CuteNews!)
Login Box v1.0 (HMS Compatible Hack)
This will allow CuteNews users to login through an login box on your site, when logged in they won't have to specify their names.
LangDate
This adds the ability to translate the weekdays and months of the year to another language, like Monday —> Maandag. I think there are better solutions to this problem, a better way is included in the AJ-Fork.

Probably an outdated version, I have newer versions locally, but good to see what it should do and how.
Edit Textarea Fix v1.0 (HMS Compatible Hack)
A bugfix when useing textareas in your news articles. Not usefull for most people probably.
Comments Refresh Fix v1.0 (HMS Compatible Hack)
This will fix the problem when refreshing after posting a comment would double post the comment. If there are problems at useing this code, add at the top of your news page. For more information on this, see the forums.
Author Filter v1.0 (HMS Compatible Hack)
This will add the $author = 'author'; parameter to the show_news.php page. You can now use this in your include code and it will only show news of the author you specified.
Archives Multiple Includes Fix v1.0 (HMS Compatible Hack)
This should fix the bug when useing archives and haveing multiple includes in one page. This bug made some news articles not to be shown.
Start From Fix v1.0 (HMS Compatible Hack)
This will solve the bug where the number of news items displayed is incorrect when useing $start_from and $number.
Current Total Pagination v1.0 (HMS Compatible Hack)
This will add the ability to let your pagination be in the form of: Page 1 of 3.
Negative Categories v1.0 (HMS Compatible Hack)
This addon will add the ability to specify which categories should not be displayed.
Date Headers v1.0 (HMS Compatible Hack)
This hack will enable you to show headers above all posts of one day (aka. grouping news).
Filter by First Character v1.0 (HMS Compatible Hack)
This hack will allow you to filter news by the first letter. for example, if you specify "a" as the letter to filter by, only news starting with an "a" will be displayed.
Commenter Avatars
This hack will show the avatars for known commenters (commenters can set their avatar in their personal options)
Sort Edit News Page
TUse this to sort your news items by title in the edit news page.
