Today, Saturday, September 14, Wladimir Balentien was 1-for-3 in the third game that followed his record-tying 55th homerun on Wednesday in the Japanese Major League.

In the home game against the Hanshin Tigers, the Tokyo Yakult Swallows broke a 4-game losing streak by winning 2-0.
The Swallows scored the runs in the sixth and seventh inning.
Balentien struckout in his first at bat in the second inning, then singled in the fourth inning.
In the sixth, the outfielder flied out and in the eighth, he walked.
In the top of the sixth inning, Matt Murton, the American leftfielder of the Tigers ran into catcher Ryoji Aikawa trying to score.
The two started a fight and the benches cleared.
Murton and Aikawa were both ejected.
